Ingredients:
1 C. chopped pecans
1 box yellow cake mix
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 C. milk
1/2 C. vegetable oil
1/2 C. rum (Bacardi Gold is best)
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix for two minutes. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan and bake at 325 degrees for approximately 40 minutes. Be careful not to over bake. Cool and remove from pan. Prick with a fork.
Glaze
Ingredients:
1/2 C. butter
1/4 C. water
1 C. sugar
Directions:
Boil for 5 minutes and drizzle glaze slowly over cake.
