Ingredients:
2 C warm water
1/3 C sugar
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 package of dry yeast
5-6 C all-purpose flour
1/3 Canola oil
Directions:
Mix 1 C warm water with 1 Tbsp sugar and package of dry yeast. Put aside for yeast to bloom. In a large bowl, mix 1 C warm water, 1/3 C sugar, salt and oil. Then add the yeast mixture. Gradually add flour and form into a ball. Cover and let rise for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until doubled in size. Form into balls and allow to rise again. Bake rolls at 350 degress until golden brown. Brush tops with butter while still hot.
