History: “We have been in business at this same location since July 1993. We were one of the earliest Polaris ATV dealers in Arkansas. I had experience working with my father prior to that at his Polaris dealership.”
What services do you provide?
“We sell and service Polaris products and stock a complete parts inventory. We are exclusively a Polaris dealership and shop. That’s all we work on. We are Polaris-trained and certified and every year go for the newest training and certification. We are always current.”
Business philosophy: “Service, service, service. I really, really think if people will come in, they will love how they are treated and the service they receive. Honesty, fair pricing and being very careful to charge only for work performed is what we do. We are willing to answer all our customers’ questions, and if we can help them repair their Polaris over the phone, we’re glad to do it.”
Popular items: “Farmers like all of our ATV line, and especially our Ranger side-by-side products. Most farmers start off with an ATV and move up to a side-by-side. They never get rid of their ATVs because of the tight places that they can go with them. The Polaris products are made for work and the farmers appreciate that; however, they can be used for fun. Polaris has always been an innovator and in making changes they believe would benefit the customer.”
