• 2 C cooked rice (can use Spanish rice)

• 1 can con queso dip (16 ounces)

• 2 lbs. cooked chicken, diced or shredded

• 1 large bag of nacho cheese flavored Doritos

• 3 C shredded cheese

In a 9×13 baking dish, layer rice, chicken and con queso. Pack down in the dish to make it stick together better when serving. Crumble Doritos and sprinkle on top of mixture. You won’t need the entire bag, just a thin layer. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degreed until brown and bubbly around the edges.
