• 2 lbs. ground beef

• 2 cans corn, drained

• 2 cans chili beans

• 1 can tomato soup

• 1 medium onion, chopped

• 1/2 C picante sauce

• 1 8 ounce box corn bread mix

Brown hamburger and drain. Stir in corn, beans, tomato soup, onion and picante sauce. Heat for 5 minutes. Pour into a greased 13×9 baking dish. Mix cornbread according to directions on package. Spoon batter over beef mixture and bake at 350 degrees until the cornbread tests done when a toothpick is inserted in the center, about 30 minutes. Can add shredded cheese to the top after removing from the oven.
