• 4 eggs
• 2 C sugar (1 1/2 C for reduced sugar)
• 4 C milk
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 1 quart half and half
• 2 Tbsp vanilla
Beat eggs, add sugar gradually. Continue beating until mixture is stiff. Add milk, cream, vanilla and salt. Mix thoroughly. Pour into gallon freezer container and freeze.
