Hardboil a dozen eggs. Cool and peel. Cut hardboiled eggs down the center and remove the egg yolks and place in a mixing bowl. Add the following:
• 1/2 C mayonnaise
• 2 Tbsp horseradish
• 2 tsp dill
• 1/2 tsp dry mustard
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp paprika
• 1/8 tsp pepper
Mix well and spoon back into eggs. Sprinkle top with paprika if desired.
