• 2 cans cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup

• 2 bags of frozen broccoli

• 2 cans of evaporated milk

• 1 block of cream cheese, cubed

• 1 Tbsp minced garlic

• 1 tsp onion salt

• 2 C sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

• 1 bag of real bacon bits

Line the crock pot with a liner. Combine all ingredients and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Stir several times throughout to combine cheese. Eat in a bread bowl if desired.
