• 2 lb chicken wings, thawed
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp ground paprika
• 1 Tbsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and add an oven safe rack to the baking sheet. Pat chicken completely dry. In a bowl, combine all seasonings and toss wing until coated well. Place onto the baking rack. Bake for 30 minutes, then flip wings and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until the skin is crispy on the wings.
