• 2 C flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 1/2 C cooking oil
• 2 C sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 C carrots grated
• 1 small can crushed pineapple
• 3/4 C chopped nuts
Sift all the dry ingredients together and set aside. Mix oil, sugar and eggs, beating after each addition. Add dry ingredients, mix well. Grease and flour cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
