• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 C sour cream
• 1 C shredded white cheddar cheese
• 1/2 C cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
• 1/4 dried cranberries
• 1/4 C chopped pecans
• 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a small baking dish. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese, mixing until smooth. Spread mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Spoon the cranberry sauce over the top, spreading lightly. Sprinkle with dried cranberries, chopped pecans, and rosemary. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dip is warm and bubbling around the edges. Serve warm with crackers, crostini, or sliced baguette.
