• 2 lbs ground beef

• 2 Large onions, chopped

• 3 cloves of garlic, minced

• 1 32 ounce can of petite diced tomatoes or crushed tomatoes

• 2 C water

• 1 C beef broth

• Uncooked egg noodles or macaroni

Brown ground beef and drain. Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is soft. Add tomatoes, water, beef broth and uncooked egg noodles and simmer until noodles are soft.
