• 1 box of Jiffy cornbread mix, made per directions and crumbled into casserole dish

• 2 cans of pinto beans, drained

• 2 can of whole corn, drained

• 1 bell pepper, chopped

• 1 bunch of green onions, chopped

• 2-3 roma tomatoes, diced

• 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

• 12 slices of crumbled cooked bacon

• Ranch dressing

Layer in order: cornbread, pinto beans, corn, bell pepper, green onions and tomato. Cover with ranch dressing to taste. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and crumbled bacon pieces.
