• 1 can of tomato soup
• 1 1/2 C water
• 1/2 C uncooked rice
• 2 Tbsp chopped onion
• Salt & pepper
• 1 to 1 1/2 pounds of hamburger
• 2 Tbsp chopped green pepper (optional)
Heat soup and water on medium until it boils. Combine remaining ingredients and form into balls. Place in soup mixture. Cover and simmer over low to medium heat for around an hour.
