• 1 1/2 pounds of ground ham

• 2 eggs 

• 1-2 C milk

• 1 C soda crackers

• 1 C graham crackers

Mix well and form into balls

Ham ball sauce:

• 1 1/2 C brown sugar

• 1/2 C water

• 1 Tbsp mustard

• 1 Tbsp cornstarch

• 1/2 C vinegar

Mix in sauce pan and heat until well dissolved. Pour into 9×13 casserole pan. Place ham balls in sauce, cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for an hour. Take foil off the last 15 minutes to brown slightly.
