• 1/2 C cocoa
• 1/4 C cornstarch
• 3 egg yolks
• 1 1/2 C sugar
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2 C milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
In saucepan, mix cocoa, cornstarch, beaten egg yolks, sugar, salt and vanilla, stir milk in gradually. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until thick and smooth. Pour into pre-baked pie shell and put in refrigerator to cool.
