• 1 1/4 C water
• 1 1/2 C Minute Rice
Prepare rice and set aside
• 6 eggs
• 3 Tbsp butter
• 1/3 C chopped onion
• 1/4 C water and 2-3 Tbsp soy sauce
Melt butter and add onions, cook until tender. Add eggs and cook until scrambled. Add rice, water and soy sauce.
