• 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened

• 2 eggs

• 3/4 C sugar

• 1 Tbsp vanilla

• Vanilla wafers

Beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla for five minutes. Place one vanilla wafer in the bottom of a cupcake liner in a muffin tin. Fill each liner half full of cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. At the 10-minute mark, watch carefully because the wafers have a tendency to burn. Refrigerate for one hour, then top with whipped topping and 1 Tbsp cheer pie filling. Refrigerate. Remove liners before serving.
