• 4 pounds ground beef

• 2 onions, chopped

• 4 (28 ounce) cans diced tomatoes

• 4 (16 ounce) cans tomato sauce

• 4 (17 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained

• 4 (15.5 ounce) cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed

• 4 (1 1/4 ounce) packages taco seasoning

• Sour cream

• Chopped chives

• Shredded sharp cheddar cheese

In a large Dutch oven, over medium heat, brown ground beef. Drain, add onions, tomatoes, tomato sauce, corn, beans and taco seasoning. Cook until heated through and bubbling. Serve in bowls, garnish with sour cream, chives, cheese and tortilla chips.
