• 1 chicken, boiled and boned or 2 pounds cooked, cubed chicken breasts

• 1 can cream of mushroom soup

• 1 can cream of chicken soup

• 1 can chili con carne without the beans

• 1/2 pound cheddar cheese

• 1/2 pound jack cheese

• 1/2 C milk

• 1/2 C chopped onion (optional)

• 1 small package of corn tortillas cut into strips

Mix the soup, cheese, milk and chili together.  Spray a large casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.  Layer tortillas, chicken and soup mixture twice and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
