• 3 sticks butter, softened
• 3 C sugar
• 5 eggs
• 3 C flour
• 3/4 C 7UP
Beat butter and sugar until very light and fluffy on high speed. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Fold in flour, one cup at a time, alternating with 7UP. Bake at 375 degrees in a Bundt cake pan for 1 1/4 hours.
Glaze
• 3 C powdered sugar
• 1 Tbsp vanilla
• 3 to 4 Tbsp half and half
Stir until smooth and drizzle over cake.
