• 1/3 C sugar

• 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Mix together and set aside

• 2 1/2 C flour

• 1 1/2 C sugar

• 1/2 C cocoa 

• 2 tsp baking soda

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 2/3 C vegetable oil

• 2 Tbsp cider vinegar

• 1 Tbsp vanilla 

• 2 C cold coffee

Stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in an ungreased 9-by-13 foil baking pan. Make three wells in the mixture. Pour oil in one, vinegar in one and coffee in the last well. Stir all with a fork until mixed well and spread evenly in the pan. Sprinkle with half of the cinnamon/sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. After removing from the oven, top with remaining sugar/cinnamon mixture. Cool for 15 to 20 minutes.
