• 2 C half-and-half

• 1 can (15 ounces) unseasoned pumpkin pie filling

• 1 C dark brown sugar

• 2 large eggs

• 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning

• 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

• 10 C cubed cinnamon raisin or plain bagels and 3/4 inch cubes

Preheat oven to 350. Whisk half-and-half, pumpkin, brown sugar, eggs and seasonings in a large bowl. Fold in bagels. Transfer mixture into a sprayed 7-by-11 baking dish. Let stand 15 minutes and then bake until tester in the middle comes out clean, approximately 40 minutes.

Caramel Sauce 

• 1 1/4 C brown sugar

• 1/2 C butter

• 1/2 C whipping cream

Whisk brown sugar and butter over medium heat until the butter melts. Whisk in the cream until sugar dissolves and sauce is smooth. Serve warm sauce over individual servings.
