Makes 5 pies  (4 large and 1 small)

• 5 C squash, cooked and blended

• 8 eggs

• 3 Tbsp butter, melted

• 4 1/4 C milk

Mix together well. 

• 3 C sugar

• 3 tsp salt

• 3 tsp cinnamon

• 3/4 tsp nutmeg

• 3/4 tsp ginger

Combine and add to squash mixture, mix well.  Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, then reduce heat to 375 degrees and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
