• 2 pounds small red potatoes, quartered
• 1/4 C vegetable oil
• 2 tsp Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning and salad dressing mix
Place potatoes and oil in a zipper bag and toss to coat. Add seasoning mix and toss again. Place potatoes on an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes or until potatoes are brown and crisp.
