• 4 C cooked and cubed chicken
• 2 cans cream of chicken soup
• 1 package (16 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
• 3 1/3 C water
• 1 can diced potatoes, drained
• 16 ounces cubed Velveeta
Combine everything but cheese. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes until vegetables are tender. Stir in cheese until melted.
