• 1 pound pork, ground 

• 1  pound beef, ground 

• 6 ounces onions, small dice 

• 1 egg 

• 1/2 C mayo 

• 2 Tbsp ketchup 

• 2 Tbsp Worcestershire 

• 2 tsp Kosher salt 

• 1/2 tsp pepper

Ketchup Glaze

• 1/2 C ketchup

• 1/4 C barbecue sauce

• 2 Tbsp water

• 2 Tbsp Sriracha

Prepare a cookie sheet with an edge by covering with foil and spraying liberally. Mix all of the meatloaf ingredients. Form into a 4-inch-by-10-inch loaf and place on foil. Mix the glaze ingredients and spread on top. Baker for 1 hour in a 350-degree oven or until an internal temperature of 155 degrees. Remove from the oven and let sit for five minutes so juices are reabsorbed. Then remove to a serving platter and slice.
