OFN Staff Favorite
• 1 can (17 ounces) cream style corn
• 2 C milk
• 2 egg, well beaten
• 2 C cracker crumbs
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 green pepper, chopped
• 3/4 tsp salt
• A dash of pepper
• 1/2 C buttered cracker crumbs
Heat corn and milk. Gradually stir in the egg. Add 2 C. cracker crumbs, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour into a greased baking dish and top with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
