• 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained but retain juice
• 1/2 C water
• 2 packages cherry gelatin (3-ouce size)
• 1 can cheery pie filling
• 3/4 C Cherry Coke or Cherry Dr. Pepper
Bring pineapple juice and water to a boil. Add gelatin and stir. Add pie filling and soda. Mix well. Refrigerate. When slightly thickened, fold in pineapple. Refrigerate overnight.
