• 3 Tbsp browned butter (butter cooked until it starts to turn brown)

• 2 Tbsp regular butter

• 1 package marshmallows or 4 C miniature marshmallows 

• 6 C Rice Krispie cereal

In a large pot, add butter to the browned butter, stir until melted. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Add cereal, stir well to coat. Using a buttered spatula or wax paper, press into a buttered 9-by-13 baking dish. Cool and cut into 2-inch squares.
