Ingredients:
1 tart green apple, cored and diced
1 mango, peeled, pitted and cubed
3/4 C. crushed almonds
1/4 C. plain or vanilla yogurt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Mint leaves for garnish
Directions:
Place fruit in a bowl, toss in almonds. In a small bowl, mix spices and yogurt. Toss in fruit and serve, garnishing with mint leaves.
