1 box strawberry, peach or apricot Jello
1 C. sugar
2 C. boiling water
1 (46-ounce) can pineapple juice or apricot nector
1 quart ginger ale
Dissolve Jello in water, then add sugar; stir until dissolved. Then add pineapple juice at this time. You can freeze part of this in a punch ring. When ready to serve, pour in rest of punch mix, add ring and pour ginger ale in. This recipe can be doubled and will serve 50.
