Ingredients:
• 5 potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 1/2 onion, chopped
• 15 ounces frozen peas
• 1 1/4 pounds shredded turkey
• 8 to 10 uncooked biscuits (premade or homemade)
Directions:
Place potatoes and onion in a pot of boiling water and cook until tender. Add turkey, peas, and salt and pepper to taste. While the meat and vegetables cook, mix 2 to 3 tablespoons of flour with equal parts water to thicken mixture. Whisk well to avoid lumps, then add to the pot and stir well. Place mixture in a casserole dish or Dutch oven, then top with biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees until biscuits are golden brown.
