INGREDIENTS:

2 pounds ground beef

1 can Milnot (or canned milk)

1 C oatmeal

2 eggs

1/2 C chopped onion

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 C cracker crumbs

2 tsp chili powder

2 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients and shape into walnut-sized balls. Place meatballs in a single layer on a greased pan. Freeze until solid. Frozen balls can be stored in freezer until ready to use. It is not necessary to freeze, but can be used immediately, if desired.

Sauce:

INGREDIENTS:

2 C catsup

1 C brown sugar

1/2 tsp liquid smoke

1/2 tsp garlic powder and a shake of the dried onion jar

DIRECTIONS:

Pour sauce over balls and bake in 350 degree oven for about an hour or a little less.
