INGREDIENTS:
4 pounds stew meat
1/2 pound frozen peas
1 pound baby carrots
1 large can stewed tomatoes
1 large onion chopped
1 to 2 pounds cubed potatoes
1/2 15-ounce bottle of A1 steak sauce
1 Tbsp caraway seed
DIRECTIONS:
Mix and cook on low in slow cooker for 8 to 10 hours. Mix 4 Tbsp flour with 1/2 cup of water. Stir mix into stew and cook on high 15 minutes.
