INGREDIENTS:
24 ounces of cream cheese (three packages) – softened
8 ounces of chopped green chilies (two 4-ounce cans.)
4 ounces of chopped black olives (one can)
8 to 10 green onions, chopped
1 8-ounce block of Colby jack cheese, grated
8 to 10 medium flour tortillas
DIRECTIONS:
Thoroughly combine the first five ingredients. Spread a thin layer of mixture over each tortilla. Roll up the tortillas. Chill in fridge for one hour or more. Slice into 1-inch pieces. Serve with your favorite salsa.
