• 1 pound sliced, fresh mushrooms

• 1 1/2 C seasoned croutons

• Sauté in butter, season with salt & pepper 

Spread in a greased baking dish

• 1 can cream of mushroom soup

• 8 ounces of sour cream

Mix well and pour over mushroom mixture. Top with grated cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
