• 1 large box of strawberry jello
• 1 C boiling water
• 1 can cranberry sauce
• 1 medium can of crushed pineapple with juice
Topping:
• 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
• 8 ounce sour cream
• 1/2 C powdered sugar
Add jello to water, dissolve and stir in cranberry sauce until smooth. Add pineapple with juice. Refrigerate until set. Cream topping ingredients until smooth and spread over set mixture. Add chopped pecans if desired.
