Ingredients:
• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 C margarine, melted
• 1 C chopped nuts
• 4 eggs
• 1 can of pumpkin (16 ounces)
• 1 1/2 C sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 can evaporated milk (14 ounces)
• 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
Mix eggs, pumpkin, sugar, salt, evaporated milk and pumpkin pie spice. Pour into an ungreased 9-by-13 baking pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the top, followed by the margarine and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream of ice cream.
