Ingredients:
1 C water
2 ounces instant coffee
3 C sugar
1/2 gallon softened chocolate ice cream
1/2 gallon softened vanilla ice cream
Directions:
In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil and stir in coffee and sugar. Cool and refrigerate. When ready to serve, transfer ice cream, both flavors, into a punch bowl and add the coffee and sugar mixture. Stir until ice cream begins to melt.
