INGREDIENTS:
Chicken
Bouillon cubes
Salt
Eggs
Flour
Baking powder
DIRECTIONS:
Boil 1 chicken until tender, include 2 bouillon cubes and salt. Make noodles using however many eggs you need for how many people you are feeding, about 1 egg per person. Add flour to make very stiff dough, salt and a pinch of baking powder. Sift flour on baking sheet and roll noodle dough out as thin as possible. Let dry awhile and cut into slices.
Remove chicken from broth and set aside to cool. Add some water to broth and bring to a boil, add cut up noodles a few at a time. Stir occasionally until cooked. Chop up chicken and add to noodles. Serve hot. (Noodles are a much richer color if home-grown eggs are used.)
