• 1 Tbsp butter

• 1 small green pepper

• 1 small onion

• 2 (15 oz) can chili and beans

• 1 (12 oz) can whole corn drained

• 1 tsp salt

• 1 tsp pepper

• 1 C cheddar cheese

• 2 C macaroni, cooked and drained


In a large skillet melt the butter and add the green pepper and onion. Cook until tender, but do not brown. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 15 minutes. Top with cheddar cheese and cover until melted.
