2 pounds of ground beef or chopped sirlon
1 small red onion
42 ounces beef broth (more or less depending on how thick you like it)
2 cans corn
2 cans black beans – drained and rinsed
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can diced green chilies
1 package Williams Chili seasoning
Optional Toppings: cheese, tortilla strips, sour cream, cilantro and green onion
In large pot, brown the ground beef along with the diced red onion. Add remaining ingredients and cook until boiling. Then simmer for 20 minutes or so, until ready to serve.
