 • 1 10-ounce package frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

• 1 package Knorr veggie soup mix

• 1 16-ounce container sour cream

• 1 C Hellman’s mayonnaise

• 1 8-ounce can water chestnuts, chopped

• 3 green onions, chopped 

Mix together, cover and chill two hours before serving
