INGREDIENTS:
3 C sweet potatoes, peeled, boiled and mashed
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C butter
1 egg (optional)
1 Tbsp vanilla
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased casserole dish.
Topping
INGREDIENTS:
1 C packed brown sugar
1/2 C flour
1/3 C melted butter
1/2 C chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS:
Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle on top of the casserole to cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
