History of the business: We are a family-owned business that we started this year. With a strong background in both farming and agriculture parts, we saw an opportunity to better serve our customers and community in the aftermarket ag parts space. Too often customers are left navigating large online catalogs without much real support. We wanted to bring back a more personal approach where customers can actually speak with someone who understands their needs. This vision led us to start a business focused on accessibility, fair pricing and customer service.
Products and services offered: We specialize in sourcing and supplying aftermarket parts. Through our network we have access to hundreds of thousands of parts across a wide range of equipment makes and models. Beyond just selling parts, we provide hands on customer support-helping identify correct parts, checking compatibility, cross referencing parts and comparing options to ensure customers are getting the best deal at the best price.
Most Popular products or services offered: Demand varies greatly for parts depending on the season and customer needs-but our most valued service has quickly become personalized assistance. Customers know their call will be met with someone who goes the extra mile to locate hard to find parts and compare pricing across multiple suppliers-that paired with our access to a large inventory has quickly set us apart.
Future Plans: As we continue to grow, our goal is to expand our reach without losing the small-town service that defines our business. We plan to keep building our supplier network, broaden our product offering and find better ways to serve our customers however we can.
Business Philosophy: Our philosophy is simple: Treat every customer the way we would want to be treated. This means being honest, responsive and willing to go out of our way when its needed. We take pride in slowing down enough to help folks find the right part at the best possible price, even if it takes a little extra work on our end. Around here, building trust and long-term relationships matter more than making a quick sale.
