• 1lb ground beef

• 1/2 C rice

• 1 Tbsp salt

• 1 tsp pepper

• 1 Tbsp minced onion

• Dash of garlic salt

Mix all ingreidents together and form into medium sized ball. Place on rack over hot water and steam 45 minutes.

CREAM MUSHROOM SAUCE

• 1 can mushroom soup (golden or cream)

• 1/2 can water

Place meatballs in the sauce as soon as the sauce gets warm and simmer them thoroughly.
