What is your involvement in agriculture? I am a member of the Bloomfield 4H Club and a Benton County Junior Livestock Judging team member. This is my second year raising beef cattle as part of the Benton County Pasture to Plate program. Our family did not raise cattle before we joined 4H, so being a part of that that program has taught me many aspects of cattle ranching and raising quality beef. We work with our neighbors on their cattle ranch as well.
What is your favorite part of being involved in agriculture? I love working with animals and I have really enjoyed working with cattle. I enjoy building a bond with my cattle. I also enjoy working with my family and learning about cattle ranching with them.
Future Plans: I don’t have all my future plans figured out yet but I do know-I want to keep working with cattle in some way. I would definitely like to own my own cattle ranch!
