• 2 C white chocolate chips
• 1 C salted peanuts
• 3 to 4 C La Choy chow mein noodles
• Christmas sprinkles
Melt white chocolate chips according to package instructions. Stir in peanuts and chow mein noodles and mix together until well blended. Drop a spoonful of the mixture onto wax paper. Shake sprinkles on top and allow to cool for 2-3 hours or overnight to firm up. For faster setting process, place the treats in the refrigerator or freezer for half an hour or until set.
