• 1 32-ounce package of frozen tator tots

• 1 lb ground beef

• 2 Tbsp of Mexican seasoning

• 1 4-ouonce can of chopped green chilis

• 1 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese

• 1/2 C salsa

• 6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled

• 1/2 C candied jalapeños

• 1/4 C sour cream

Line a large baking sheet with foil, spread tator tots in an even layer, then bake according to package directions. While the tator tots are baking, brown the ground beef and drain. Add Mexican seasonings and green chilis. Once tator tots are cooked, sprinkle with half of the grated cheddar cheese, all of the ground beef mixture, salsa, bacon and jalapeños. Top with the remaining cheese. Return to the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with sour cream and more pepper if desired.
